Track practice is starting to get pretty miserable. Whoever decided tracks should be located outdoors obviously didn't have to jump over hurdles in winter.

Sounds like a good idea to me.

I'd forgotten about it until I got the invite to the annual Loke/Lordes Extravaganza yesterday. You're invited, of course - Mom and Ness would skin me alive if I didn't ask. It's probably, uh...different, from what you're used to. Louder than suburbia, definitely, but crazy fun annnd if your parents don't snatch you up, I'd like it if you came.

Duh. The only person not invited is that homeless dude outside the 7-11 and that's only 'cause Lenny brought him by last year and...yeah. Didn't turn out so well. But Eddie and Nessa practically raised me, and you're my girlfriend. Of course they want you there. Besides, Lu's bringing Sam, and I can't let her have a hotter date than me.

There was an incident a couple years ago in which, uh...kind of a chain reaction thing...anyway, everybody there ended up in the pool. In November. In Massachusetts. Course, it started because after a certain point, everybody's favorite game is Abuse Sherlock, so hopefully we'll be able to avoid a repeat of that.
